Set up in the summer of 2015, GTD draws on over 25 years' experience in the industry to help developers, land-owners and agents make better places for people to live.

Gallagher - James, former designer and head of technical functions for a number of residential developers covering a large proportion of the UK. Still an old school drawing board user, but also proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and other tools of the trade.

Technical - working primarily with strategic land teams we provide technical assistance and project management, from performing high level technical reviews and identifying development constraints/opportunities to consultant team tendering and assembly. 

Design - our specialism is site layout design and after being responsible for taking schemes from inception through to adoption we fully understand the myriad of competing factors such as how a development needs to look good, sell well, avoid adoption issues, be easy to construct and most importantly be a great place to live.
